Aiman Zin is a humanitarian and leadership professional with over 12 years of experience in fundraising, project management, organisational transformation, and volunteer development. He is widely recognised for his active involvement in humanitarian initiatives and youth leadership programmes at both national and international levels.

Previously, he served as the youngest Chief Executive Officer of Yayasan Sukarelawan Siswa (YSS), an agency under the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, from 2019 to 2021, where he led various strategic initiatives focused on volunteerism, youth empowerment, and humanitarian engagement.

Throughout his career, Aiman has participated in and led humanitarian missions, conferences, and international engagements across more than 10 countries, including Italy, Spain, Lebanon, Jordan, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam. His exposure to diverse humanitarian environments has strengthened his expertise in community engagement, leadership development, and impact-driven programme management.

As a speaker and trainer, he has delivered talks, training sessions, and conferences at over 500 locations locally and internationally, sharing insights on humanitarianism, volunteerism, leadership, and social impact. He is also actively involved in promoting awareness through multiple platforms, including training programmes, conferences, social media, and mainstream media engagements.
